Shipping

All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS International, which is insured and provided with a tracking number. (Once an order reaches a designated country's customs, it is no longer possible to track the package or have control over the time it goes through customs.) We are not responsible for duties or taxes on international shipments.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within California are charged 9% sales tax.

Returns

Please contact us via email to request for it. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt as long as the jewelry is in it's original and unworn condition. Once we get back the item/s it may take 10 business days for a refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Custom pieces and international sales are final and cannot be returned.
